We are looking for a prep cook and barista for our recently expanded cafe & local food market in Bryn Mawr that features a tea and specialty beverage selection, as well as coffee. Our food menu focuses on balanced, healthy meals using quality locally sourced products. we also prioritize serving as a community resource with educational and fun events, classes, and offering an inviting and nourishing place to linger and socialize.
Duties of this Role:Help develop & execute new menu items consistently. of all menu items;Help ideate new specialty beverages;Help with inventory, including costing and ordering from suppliers; Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations;Follow all food safety and kitchen sanitation practices;
