Line Cook

Maison Premiere, critically acclaimed and James Beard Award Winning seafood restaurant and cocktail bar is seeking line cook to join our expanding team. 

All applicants must adhere to the fast pace of the work place. Also, must be able to maintain the restaurant's needs and cleanliness throughout the shift. The work is fast paced and offers a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of seafood.

We are committed to unique, respectfully sourced and harvested products, and are technique driven. We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and working at the highest levels! Be expected to work weekends and holidays.

We are interested in hiring candidates with open availability, including weekends and holidays, for both brunch and dinner shifts.
