Line Cook

LINE COOK – Busy Middle Eastern Restaurant (East Village, NYC)

We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team!

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

• Willing to learn and rotate through all stations (grill, fry, prep, salad, etc.)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Must have strong work ethic, teamwork attitude, and attention to detail

• Prior experience in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine a plus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

• Ensure food quality and consistency under pressure

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
