GameTime Pizza is a new brand launching this fall. It will feature Pizza, Wings & Fries with fun and creative twists on classics. We are looking for someone to lead the brand and make GameTime Pizza a NYC staple.
Looking for a chef with a vision and hungry to make a mark. This role is open to partnership and multi unit potential.This is an opportunity to display creativity, , operate your own kitchen, be apart of a brand from the start.
The job requires:
-Experience in leading a small team 5-8
-NYC DOH / FDNY / DOS compliance
-45 to 50+ hours weekly with open availability
-Experience with start to finish Pizza making process / Experience cooking Wings & Fries (Zeppole a plus)
-Food handlers Card NYC

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $85,000.00)
