For over a decade, Osteria Marzano has brought the warmth and flavor of Italy to Alexandria. We’re a father-and-daughter owned, scratch-kitchen Italian restaurant known for handmade pastas, curated wine dinners, and a commitment to excellence in every plate we serve.

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team — someone with experience in high-volume kitchens and a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, especially pasta and sauté stations.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard of quality and consistency.
- Work efficiently on the pasta and sauté stations, ensuring timing and coordination with the rest of the line.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the kitchen team and management.
- Assist in daily prep, inventory, and station setup/breakdown.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture.
