Wingen Bakery is an all day restaurant in Downtown Livermore specializing in sourdough bread, pastries, pizza, breakfast, lunch, cocktails, coffee and more. Husband and wife team Bryan and Aimee Wingen began baking out of their home in 2020 under a cottage bakery license after their newborn daughter was diagnosed with a terminal genetic disorder and the COVID-19 pandemic was ongoing.
In June of 2021 the Wingens secured a brick and mortar location in Downtown Livermore where they have resided for 4 years. The bakery has expanded and renovated multiple times to fit the growing needs of the community and owners. It's current state was completed in May of 2025 to include dinner service centered around sourdough pizza, hand made pasta, Italian desserts and a lo-fi cocktail program.
