Join this incredible group that has expanded its footprint to the great city of San Francisco! Kilgore Hospitality Group led by owner and Culinary Director Chef Brad Kilgore has opened multiple concepts.

Cafe Sebastian is the daytime neighborhood bistro that is located on Sansome St. adjacent to the Redwood Park of the Transamerica Pyramid Center. Using local and seasonal ingredients this is the go to spot for lunch and breakfast in the area.

ama is the signature dinner concept that is taking the city by storm. This culinary hotspot blends elevated Italian cuisine with Japanese ingredients. The copper room and the social club are where the diners feel the space come alive.

We are looking for dedicate culinarians that want to push and grow their careers with us.

Kilgore Culinary Group is a South Florida-based hospitality group founded by celebrated chef Bradley Kilgore. Alter, an American restaurant located in Miami, Wynwood neighborhood, was the first restaurant in Kilgore Culinary’s portfolio opening in the summer of 2015. In 2016, Alter was named a semifinalist in the Best New Restaurants category of the prestigious James Beard Awards and earned Kilgore Best New Chef nominations, two years in a row. At the end of 2018, Kilgore and his team will expand the Kilgore Culinary brand to Miami’s Design District with Kaido, a sleek Asian restaurant and lounge, which will be joined by another concept, Ember, in early 2019.
