We’re Ouma--big sister to Polly's Cafes. At Ouma, our vision is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space where we offer nourishment that delights the senses and warms the heart! We are launching a bakery forward all day eatery with a stellar bakery program, excellent coffee program and (soon to come) dinner service program lined up for you!

Requirements:
- Prioritize hospitable and engaging service.
- To be considered for the position, you must have specialty coffee experience (dialing-in espresso, texturing milk, pouring designs, and have a deep understanding of coffee). As a founding barista, you must have solid and demonstrable experience.
- Be able to do some sandwich prep as well, if needed(minimal).
- Must have Food Handlers Permit from NYC Dept. of Health. We cannot consider anyone who does not have a certificate.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask.
- You have to be available on weekends, and have closing availability as well! Full time only.
- Be able to take complete daily inventory and restock.
