Job Details

Clay is a seasonal neighborhood restaurant in Harlem. Our menu ingredients are sourced as locally as possible from farmers, producers, and purveyors who use natural, humane, and ecologically responsible methods. Our beverage program showcases biodynamic, organic, and sustainable offerings made with care by small producers. Genuine hospitality is at the core of all we do.

We are looking for talented industry professionals who are as passionate as we are about creating an exceptional guest experience. While fine dining experience is strongly preferred, all those who are learn quickly, strive for excellence, and love hospitality are welcome to apply. Professional conduct and a collaborative spirit are required.

Bussers should have an awareness of the guest, be detail oriented, able to respond and adapt, and maintain upbeat focus in a high volume environment.

We are looking to hire for Saturday and Sunday dinner shifts, and more may become available soon.

At Clay, we source all of our produce, meats and fish from small, local suppliers. Nothing is mass-produced or served out of season, with everything you eat coming directly from the farm to your table. Wines and spirits also come from small producers, both seasoned veterans and ground-breaking upstarts alike, who care about their terroir and couple minimal intervention with maximum innovation.
