Oliver's is looking for talented team members who share our passion for exceptional food and service. Founded by a team trained at legendary establishments such as The French Laundry, The Ritz Carlton, and Scofflaw, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic kitchen and front-of-house.

Reports To: Head Chef

Summary

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Oliver's. In this role, you'll be responsible for running a specific station, ensuring the quality and timely preparation of exceptional dishes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a dedication to culinary excellence, and are eager to learn and grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned station.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and the creation of new dishes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels for your station.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Team-player mentality with a positive and collaborative attitude.
