A 90-seat gastronomic gem, the restaurant comprises three intimate dining rooms, a dedicated billiards room and a lively bar made up entirely of 24k gold leaf, each individual space exuding its own personality. The menu celebrates and elevates classic British fare, built around simple, satisfying plates with subtle refinements; the inspired wine program features an award winning collection of 250-bottles offering varying styles highlighting both Old and New World producers. • Availability to work PM/dinner shifts is required 
• Carry food trays up and down flight of stairs
• Communicate menu items and special requests with guests
• Assist with service on floor when able (clear/reset table)
• 2+ years of experience in a reputable, well-regarded NYC restaurant
• Strong food & beverage knowledge and the desire to continuously learn
• A polished, professional demeanor, with a warm and hospitable disposition
