Floor Supervisor

Join our award-winning team at Don Antonio, a top-ranked Neapolitan pizzeria in the heart of NYC. We’re looking for a reliable and passionate Lead Host who can also support our floor team by closing the restaurant twice a week and stepping in for light floor manager duties when needed.

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow professionally within the hospitality industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both guest relations and restaurant operations, making this a great step toward a future leadership role.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage the host stand and waitlist during peak hours

• Support floor operations as needed (e.g. supervising front-of-house flow, assisting service team)

• Handle restaurant closing procedures (twice per week)

• Be a point of reference for FOH staff when a manager is off duty

What We're Looking For:

• Previous host or FOH experience in a fast-paced NYC restaurant

• Great energy, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask with grace and keep cool under pressure

• Punctual, organized, and dependable
