Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders for slices, pies, and other menu items (e.g., salads, pasta, drinks).

Process cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately using a POS system.

Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter, display cases, and customer area.

Slice and box pizzas according to customer specifications and company standards.

Assist with light food prep and restocking of beverages, napkins, and utensils.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared promptly.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven Customer Service Skills: Must have a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.

Prior Experience is a MUST: Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience working at a pizza counter, deli, or similar high-volume fast-casual restaurant setting.

Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment—you thrive under pressure!

Basic math skills and experience operating a computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.
