Our space combines a stylish East Village vibe with DJs, bottle service, and elevated small plates.
Your Role
• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier cocktails and guest experience
• Oversee cocktail creation, batching, and consistency of world-class recipes
• Manage bar prep, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Train bartenders on advanced techniques (clarification, infusions, fat-washing, etc.)
• Collaborate with ownership on, events menus and bottle service packages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years behind the bar, at least 1 year in a lead or head bartender role
• Strong mixology background and creative drive
• Knowledge of Mexican spirits and ingredients a plus
• Great communication, leadership, and hospitality skills
• Available for late-night shifts (DJ nights, events, weekends
