Maison Lotus, the newest restaurant from WIN Hospitality Group is looking for dedicated servers to be part of our team!

We are bringing a unique fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine to the Main Line, by offering a dining experience that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. In addition to our exceptional menu, we will feature an adjacent bakery and café.

The ideal candidate is positive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a team player who thrives on delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• The ability to clearly go thorough menu selections and provide a unique guest experience
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Process payments using Toast POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests

Qualifications:

• Joyful, outgoing, guest-centric individuals who have a passion for great food and wine served with care and consistency
• Experience in an Asian Fusion and French inspired restaurant is preferred
• General knowledge of french wines, spirits, and classic and craft cocktails
