Our work environment is very relaxed and friendly while still committed to providing high quality food and coffee in a timely manner, this combination has gained us many very loyal customers and made us an institution in the neighborhood for over ten years. We are what could be described as a family business- we are the furthest from a corporate big box employer as one could imagine, yet we are willing to offer a lot of the same benefits without the stuffy atmosphere.
The barista is responsible for making excellent espresso drinks, brewing cold brew and drip coffee, accurately ringing up customers using our POS system, all while providing outstanding customer service.
Starting base rate: $16This position shares tips evenly with back of house staff which means the total hourly rate typically breaks down to $21-$24/hr (Or more!). The company will also guarantee a minimum of $20/hr pay if tips for some reason do not get you there.

Responsibilities:
Making delicious, consistent, and attractive coffee beverages.Keeping space clean and organized at all times. Willingness to learn the ins and outs of our grocery products and provide knowledgeable insight to our customers. Ensuring the completion of opening and/or closing duties on scheduled shifts.Providing excellent customer service when on the store floor.Must be open to working both morning, evening shifts, and weekend shifts as needed.
