Post-Training Opportunities: Upon completion of training, pay may increase based on your performance and demonstrated ability.
Full-Time Employment: After the trial period, candidates who show strong potential may be considered for full-time employment.

Torishin is seeking an experienced Lead line cook chef.
We are specialized in Yakitori (Chicken Skewers). It is one of the unique Japanese cuisines.
We are the only Yakitori restaurant in the U.S. that has received a star from Michelin for seven consecutive years and 3 Stars from New York Times.
The guests are looking forward to enjoying the Japanese food culture and coming from many countries.
This is a high-end restaurant and is very crowded.
You will be :
Interested in learning Japanese traditional style Yakitori
Kitchen Shift 12:30pm~11:00pm
Those who could work long-term and have experiences in the food industry, some knowledge in Japanese cuisine or if you are Japanese, will be highly welcomed. Japanese language skill is a big plus but not necessary.
