Alma Cocina Latina is seeking a host who embodies genuine hospitality, clear communication, and a calm, confident presence. As the first point of contact for our guests, the host plays a vital role in setting the tone for the evening and supporting the rhythm of the dining room.

We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, awareness, and a collaborative spirit to the team. The ideal candidate is both playful and precise—able to greet guests with ease while navigating the logic and flow of a busy service.

Alma is a nationally recognized Venezuelan restaurant rooted in Latin American culinary tradition and storytelling. Located in Baltimore’s Station North neighborhood, we celebrate flavor, culture, and community through every plate and interaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with reservation platforms (Resy preferred)
• Ability to maintain high service standards in an approachable upscale dining environment
• Genuine warmth and a welcoming demeanor
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Calm, confident multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to hospitality and team support
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions under pressure
• Evening and weekend availability
