FOH STAFF — Seirēn (Opening November 2025, Chelsea, NY)

Seirēn is an elevated Spanish–Mediterranean conservas bar and cocktail lounge opening this November in the heart of Chelsea, New York. We’re seeking passionate, polished, and hospitality-driven front-of-house professionals to join our opening team.

At Seirēn, the sea calls — and we answer with a menu celebrating the luxury and simplicity of the Mediterranean coast: an abundant variety of conservas, caviar service, an elegant raw bar, hand-selected Spanish charcuterie and cheeses, and a curated selection of seasonal tapas. The beverage program is equally ambitious, showcasing a cutting-edge cocktail menu and a dynamic, terroir-driven wine program that celebrates coastal regions and small producers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in upscale or fine dining environments

• Deep passion for hospitality, with a refined sense of professionalism and warmth

• Strong knowledge (or curiosity to learn) about Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, conservas, and raw bar service

• Interest in high-level cocktail service and wine pairings

• Commitment to creating memorable guest experiences and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

• Positive energy, impeccable grooming, and an organic, confident presence
