Rosaluna was born from those moments.
We grew up around a table where food was never just food. It was how our family said I love you. It was Sunday afternoons that stretched into evenings, plates passed before anyone asked, and the kind of fullness that has nothing to do with portion size. Nonna cooked without recipes and without shortcuts. She cooked with memory, instinct, and a stubbornness about doing things the right way — the only way she knew.
When we opened Rosaluna in Miami, we made one promise: nothing leaves this kitchen that Nonna wouldn't be proud of. Every pasta is made the way she taught us. Every sauce starts from scratch. Every dish carries the name of the woman, the region, the tradition behind it — because food without a story is just ingredients.
Miami is far from Italy. But at Rosaluna, the distance disappears the moment you sit down. The bread arrives warm. The wine is already poured. And somewhere in the kitchen, if you close your eyes, you can almost hear Nonna telling someone they added too much salt.
