We are currently seeking an experienced part-time PM Line Cook to join our culinary crew who are passionate, creative and care deeply about the food they create. *Minimum 2 years experience is required*

* Hourly rate is $19 + share of tips (typically $4-5 per hour) distributed on a bi-weekly basis, based on hours worked (historical average hourly rate $23-$24)
* Shift meal included
* Benefits: Health insurance (for full time position), sick leave, PTO

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
*Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items and weekly specials
* Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests
* Available to work Friday-Saturday 3pm - 11:30pm with flexibility to add on 1 more shift

- Willingness to learn a new cuisine
- Get along well with others and be a team player
- Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
- Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure
- Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Ability to read a thermometer correctly
- Maintain menu item counts and communicate to chefs when quantities are low
- Accurately account for all items prepped
- Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
- Food Handler Certificate required
