Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager by overseeing the team, enforcing service and operational standards, and driving sales and performance goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, demonstrates strong leadership, and has a sharp eye for detail.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Support day-to-day floor operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Motivate, coach, and mentor team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks, including onboarding paperwork and filing

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve operational and sales goals
Requirements:

3–4 years of restaurant or floor management experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service

Experience with scheduling, staffing, and basic administrative tasks

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($95,000.00 - $115,000.00)
