  • Curating a luxurious dining experience featuring numerous steps of service
  • Accurately building, executing, and serving craft cocktails with strong attention to details
  • Staff Training and mentorship

  • Bar inventory and cleanliness
  • Bar prep and mise en place

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum experience 2yrs
  • Extensive knowledge of food, fine spirits, beers, sake, wine, and champagne
  • Kitchen experience strongly appreciated.
  • Experience in designing craft cocktail creation and menu development.
  • Enthusiastic, coachable, and reliable team player
  • Up to date with ongoing trends
  • Hospitability driven with experience in serving fine dining clientele.
  • Interest in personal growth and development
  • Interest in tableside cocktail presentation
  • Open availability

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
