- Accurately building, executing, and serving craft cocktails with strong attention to details

- Bar inventory and cleanliness
- Bar prep and mise en place
Job Requirement:
- Minimum experience 2yrs
- Extensive knowledge of food, fine spirits, beers, sake, wine, and champagne
- Kitchen experience strongly appreciated.
- Experience in designing craft cocktail creation and menu development.
- Enthusiastic, coachable, and reliable team player
- Up to date with ongoing trends
- Hospitability driven with experience in serving fine dining clientele.
- Interest in personal growth and development
- Interest in tableside cocktail presentation
- Open availability
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
