Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Cocktail Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Cocktail Bartender/Server at Messina Social Club, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting cocktails and providing attentive service with a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to recommend cocktails, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, inputting orders into the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Server.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
