Your Qualifications
We are looking for professionals who can handle significant volume while maintaining our high standards for quality and efficiency.

Experience is Key: You must have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated, very high-volume batch prep experience. You are comfortable prepping large quantities for hundreds of guests consistently.

Catering Background: Prior experience in a high-volume catering or banquet environment is required. You understand the unique demands of event production and timing.

Skill Set: You are organized, efficient, fast, and focused on maintaining excellent quality and minimizing waste.
