- Craft and execute menus that blend traditional Greek flavors with modern twists and creative presentation
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in our kitchen
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new dishes, menus, and specials
- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Develop and implement menu pricing strategies that balance quality and profitability
- Represent our bistro at food festivals, catering events, and other culinary events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines
