S.K.Y. opened this summer in the iconic Belden-Stratford building in Lincoln Park, and we’re building a brand-new team. Chef Stephen Gillanders’ flagship restaurant is known for globally inspired, contemporary American food served in a welcoming, upscale-casual setting.

The new space features a stunning dining room with lake views, outdoor patio seating, and two unique concepts under the same roof: Le Mistral, a hidden wine & cocktail bar tucked behind the kitchen, and INTRO, a private tasting menu experience.

We’re looking for full-time servers to join our team. This is a tip-pool house, with opportunities to work in the main dining room, patio, and private events space. Regular training and support are part of our culture — we want you to learn, grow, and succeed.
