We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with strong culinary skills and the desire to lead and mentor a large, diverse team providing exceptional dishes with care and consistency– we want to hear from you!

Qualified candidates will have
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience, as CDC or higher, in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
- Leadership qualities including the ability to motivate, mentor and drive results of a diverse culinary workforce
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management and bottom-ine profitability
- Ability to support the line during service while managing consistency, quality, ticket times and expo
- Excellent meat and fish butchery skills and know all properties of stock making and sauce work
