Chef Bruce Dillon presents a new/contemporary American menu with seasonal changes and a focus on neighborhood comfort food.We are looking for an experienced floor manager to join our amazing team and assist the General Manager! Must have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. The floor manager will supervise all
floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff, and managing the guest experience. A passion for hospitality is a must!
Floor Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily functions of the restaurant, quality of operations, and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
- Supervise and support both FOH employees, maintaining teamwork and communication.
- Touch all tables and make connections with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and rectify any negative impressions
- Staff training in all front of house roles
- Inventory Management
- Assist the general manager
Floor Manager Requirements:.
- At least one year prior experience in a managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and guest/employee focused
- Ability to work full-time (45-55 hours a week), Candidates must have an open schedule, weekends required.
- Prior experience with Dinerware, Resy and Square (preferred)
- Manager Serve Safe (preferred)
- RAMP Certification (required)
- Fun loving and energetic
- Highly organized
