Schedule: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Position Overview:
We’re looking for fun, friendly, and motivated bartenders to join our opening team. Experience in cocktail bartending or Japanese-inspired mixology is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and working with a passionate team, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and sake with consistency and care
• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable bar service
• Learn and execute our signature Japanese-inspired cocktail program
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements:
• Previous bartending experience required (Japanese or craft cocktail experience preferred)
• Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
• Knowledge of sake, wine, and spirits a plus
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
