Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and focused Broiler Cook to join our culinary team at Adalina Prime. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of meat temperatures, precise doneness standards, and the ability to maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service.
You will be responsible for preparing and executing all grilled and broiled items to perfection — from dry-aged steaks to fresh seafood — while maintaining the highest standards of seasoning, plating, and timing.
Responsibilities:

Execute all broiler station duties during service with precision and consistency

Cook proteins to exact temperatures as specified by Chef and menu standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station at all times

Work collaboratively with the expo and line team to ensure smooth service flow

Follow all safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards

Assist with prep, inventory, and station breakdown as directed by sous chefs

Uphold Adalina’s standards of excellence, professionalism, and respect in the kitchen
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience on a broiler or grill station in a fine-dining or high-volume kitchen

Strong understanding of meat and seafood cooking techniques, including resting and carving

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining focus and accuracy
