Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the floor, ensuring seamless service and quality control.
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback, and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal stock levels.
