Simple food, drink and design come together in the modern, neighborhood café from Chef Henry Morgan. A veteran of Philadelphia’s CookNSolo restaurant group, and a Lower Merion native, Chef Morgan returns to his roots in a true full circle story with the opening of his first café in the heart of Gladwyne Village.
Homeroom offers seasonally-driven breakfast and lunch menus, highlighting local farmers and purveyors such as Urban Roots Philly, Kneehigh Farm, Kismet Bagels, Merzbacher’s of Germantown and Ox Coffee. The light-filled space is a community meeting place for all, where you can start, spend or end your day.
Homeroom is located in the space that was once Green Bean Coffee, where Morgan worked over a decade ago. This exact location is where he discovered his passion for hospitality while working both front and back-of-house roles. Morgan looks forward to championing his hometown and creating a destination for the residents of Gladwyne and beyond.
