The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead one of our high-performing New York City locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and who is driven to lead by example, develop teams, and elevate guest experiences.

You’ll work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations while embodying the values of excellence, accountability, and hospitality. This role offers tremendous potential for growth within a respected and expanding restaurant group.


What You Will Do

As the Executive General Manager, you are the cornerstone of the restaurant’s success — the bridge between the headquarters executive leadership team and your in-store management team, including the Executive Kitchen Manager and Assistant General Managers.

You wil oversee the entire restaurant/store, including all FOH and BOH staff.

You’ll set the tone for clear communication, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring every aspect of operations — from guest experience to financial performance — is running at the highest level. You are the leader who keeps every moving part aligned, proactive, and performing in concert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations with precision, consistency, and care.
  • Conduct full restaurant walkthroughs, monitor systems and reports, and coach your team toward excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing management and hourly team focused on guest satisfaction and culinary consistency.
  • Maintain and protect exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in full compliance with NYC DOH regulations.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and warm hospitality in every guest interaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
  • Apply and enforce systems and procedures that promote excellence, consistency, and a positive work culture.
  • Engage with guests and the local community, representing the brand with professionalism and warmth.
  • Oversee labor targets, scheduling, and staffing to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily financial reporting.
  • Develop your team through individualized training, feedback, and mentorship to foster growth and ownership.
  • Lead the Executive Kitchen Manager in setting and maintaining culinary standards, hiring, and team alignment.
  • Oversee courier and off-premise operations, ensuring accuracy and strong communication.
  • Act as the authority and point of escalation for all operational issues, leading with calm and confidence under pressure.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fast-casual, or QSR environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, and cost control.
  • NYC Food Handlers Card required (ServSafe certification preferred).
  • Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling, and inventory software.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
