Basant Modern Indian restaurant is looking for experienced servers to join our growing team.  Experience in upscale casual environments is necessary and prior bartending (cocktail mixing) experience is required. Specifically, candidate must be comfortable to fill in as backup bartender, when needed.

Ideal candidate will be comfortable with providing warm, attentive and professional service to guests (whether in dining room or for guests seated at bar) and helping manage our guest‘s experience, from front to end, in alignment with our service mission.  Applicants must be personable, diligent, conscientious and positive with a capacity for attention to detail.  We are seeking individuals who are strong team players, have solid organizational skills, and, most importantly, are willing to devote primary focus to our guests for an engaging and positive experience.
