Experience Required: 2-3+ Years
Shift Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 10-2:30/3pm
Position Overview: As a Prep Lead at Lovely's, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food and ingredient preparation. You will be responsible for establishing and following the daily prep list to ensure pars are met.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the team to prepare necessary recipes, Mise, and service components for the day/week.
- Follow established recipes and guidelines for consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Inventory receiving
- Actively communicate and collaborate with Chef and Manager
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient shift.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of kitchen experience.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively and urgently in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings/afternoons.
