Title: General Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Rate: Full time, Salary $100,000 per year
We are seeking a full-time outgoing, hospitality-focused General Manager to lead the operations of a premier members-only sports and lifestyle club. The club specializes in tennis and features a full-service fitness center and locker rooms. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional member experience, overseeing all departments, driving member engagement and retention, managing staff, and executing on strategic financial goals.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations across all departments: racquet sports, fitness, food & beverage, and member services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member experience and grow membership
- Hire, lead and manage staff fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture
- Collaborate with Director of Operations to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet profitability targets
- Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
- Collaborate with Membership Engagement Manager on programming
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the club in community and member engagement events
- 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, private clubs, or fitness operations
- Proven leadership in member satisfaction, team development, and financial performance
- Strong knowledge of racquet sports and premium club operations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
- Weekend and holiday availability as-needed
- Experience with membership-based business models a strong plus
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand or sit for long extended periods of time.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as walking, bending & standing).
- Must have full schedule availability.
- Background Check and Child Abuse Clearance is mandatory.

Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00)
