Lead Host

Basant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Host / Hostess to join our team. Pay is based on experience, between $20-$24

This is a highly integrated role.  You will be involved with maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room, smoothly operating our reservation system, and taking and entering To-Go orders and sending out orders. The ideal Lead Host / Hostess must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with excellent hospitality instincts and drive to provide customer service. You must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.

Must have reliable attendance and availability on weekend evenings, weekend brunch, and on holidays.
