Barista

Park Rose, a new restaurant from Renwick Hospitality (Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail), is opening early October and seeking Baristas to join our opening team.

Inspired by the gardens of Rose Hill, Park Rose is a modern American-Italian restaurant designed to be an energetic neighborhood favorite—uplifted by the quality of its food, cocktails, and service. We aim to be a go-to spot for locals in NoMad and beyond, while also serving as a destination for special moments, vibrant hospitality, and exceptional meals.

Baristas at Park Rose are expected to bring warmth, precision, and a deep commitment to hospitality. You’ll be part of a team that values consistency, creativity, and care—both in service and in how we support one another.

Please note: Barista shifts are currently all morning shifts. This is subject to change based on restaurant growth and operational needs.

As a Barista, you’ll help set the tone for the day—crafting beverages with intention and supporting a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Create high-quality espresso drinks, prepared to Renwick Hospitality standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. Strive for exceptional quality in every cup.

• Fresh-press juices for service, ensuring vibrant, seasonal offerings are ready and well-presented.

• Aid team members in delivering beverages from the café station, contributing to superb guest experiences through teamwork and timing.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station, reviewing setup daily to meet all health department requirements. Consistency in execution starts with preparation.

• Restock and organize café supplies, anticipating needs and ensuring the area is ready for strong service. We find solutions before they’re needed.

• Learn and uphold Renwick Hospitality’s service standards, adapting as we evolve through opening. Being better than yesterday means embracing growth and refinement.

• Understand and speak to the full menu, including espresso drinks, juices, and café offerings, with confidence and care. Superb guest experiences begin with knowledge and enthusiasm.

• Support teammates actively, helping servers, hosts, and bartenders deliver seamless service. Team prioritization means no one works in isolation.

• Contribute your unique personality, bringing warmth, curiosity, and care to every interaction—whether with guests or fellow team members.

• Minimum availability of 4–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays

• Completion of Renwick Hospitality standards training
