BARBACK — Mediterranean Restaurant
We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Barback to join our team at our modern Mediterranean restaurant. This role supports our bartenders in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organized, and running efficiently throughout service.
Key Responsibilities:

Support bartenders with all service needs throughout the shift

Clean and maintain the bar area to company standards

Stock glassware, spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and bar tools

Juice, prep ingredients, batch cocktails, and set stations before service

Assist with trash removal, ice wells, kegs, and recycling

Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols

Maintain a fast pace during high-volume periods
Qualifications:

Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long hours

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Willingness to learn and grow within the bar program

Reliable, punctual, and consistent in work performance
