Line Cook

Bar Americano, an aperitivo cocktail bar in Greenpoint, is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. 

We’re looking for a cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values consistency, and takes pride in their craft. At Bar Americano, we emphasize professionalism, teamwork, and a supportive workplace culture.

• Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation

• Support prep, service, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards

• Uphold all DOH safety and sanitation requirements

• 3+ years’ line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant

• Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

• Ability to stay focused and organized in a busy service

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
