Crustacean Beverly Hills is looking for a full time dedicated and motivated Barback to join our team.
This position is essential to the smooth operation of our bar and provides the foundation for exceptional guest experiences.
In this position you will:

Prep and juice fresh citrus daily

Follow precise recipes for house-made syrups, tinctures, batches, and milk punches

Assist bartenders during service, ensuring they have everything they need to execute cocktails and service efficiently

Restock, organize, and maintain cleanliness of bar stations and storage areas

Support in setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
This position also offers the opportunity to grow within the company for those interested in expanding their skills and advancing toward a bartender role. We are happy to train and help you expand your knowledge if you would like to become a fulltime bartender
