What You’ll Do
You won’t just be serving wine – you’ll be creating experiences. Here’s a glimpse at your day-to-day:

- Guide the Experience: Greet guests warmly, walk them through the menu, share your wine knowledge, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Anticipate customer needs, run food, offer pairings, and ensure every guest leaves delighted.
- Wine Expertise: Prepare and serve wines by the glass or bottle with confidence and finesse.
- Be a Team Player: Jump in where needed – from assisting with special events to helping out teammates.
- Promote Wine Culture: Enthusiastically introduce guests to our curated wine selections, encourage bottle sales, and share the benefits of joining our exclusive Wine Club.
What We’re Looking For
This isn’t just another serving job – we’re looking for individuals who bring passion, personality, and professionalism to the table:
- Experience Matters:
- 2+ years of serving experience in a fast-paced, reputable restaurant, or
- 2+ years of sales experience in wine retail.
- Wine Knowledge: Familiarity with wine varietals, regions, and pairings (Level 1 Sommelier, CSW, or CMS certifications? Even better!)
- Key Skills:
- Stellar communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Calm under pressure, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Commitment to delivering top-notch service with a smile.
- Availability: Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the gig – but hey, that’s when the magic happens!
