Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to deliver exceptional service at catered events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch service to guests
- Managing food and wine service
- Setting up event spaces
- Maintaining equipment and supplies
- Collaborating with the team
- 5+ years of experience in banquet or catering service
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and trays
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
