We are looking to hiring a Director of Operations as we grow our young company.
Currently with 3 successful projects (Dame, Lord's, Crevette) in Lower Manhattan, we are looking to recruit professional, accountable, detail-oriented and hardworking people to join our executive management team, and help develop new concepts both in New York City and beyond.
The role will be multi-faceted, and incorporate elements of day-to-day service, company planning, HR compliance, beverage inventory, brand development and marketing.
We are looking for a candidate who is a dynamic, and is as excited about working a floor shift as they are about developing a new restaurant. We operate as a company with a "no job is too big or too small" mentality, and it's important that our Director of Operations embody that.
You will work directly with ownership, the culinary director, and the chef de cuisines and general managers of the restaurant.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($120,000.00 - $140,000.00)
