FOH Lead — Supermoon Bakehouse (Lower East Side)
We’re Supermoon Bakehouse, a design-driven pastry studio in the Lower East Side known for inventive pastries, gelato, and creative beverages. With big moves ahead, we’re looking for a Front of House Lead to help guide daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do

Lead FOH service, maintaining strong communication and teamwork throughout each shift.

Take and fulfill orders using Square POS with speed and accuracy.

Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and signature beverages to spec.

Communicate daily with the Head Chef to align FOH and BOH operations.

Prepare beverage syrups, foams, and other ingredients for service.

Manage product inventory and ensure correct par levels and rotation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization across all FOH areas.

Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team.
What You Bring
-
2+ years of FOH or barista experience in a high-volume bakery, café, or restaurant.

Leadership ability and clear communication skills.

Strong espresso and beverage preparation knowledge.
-
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented work style.

Availability for evenings and weekends.

NYC Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
