• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or as an expediter is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both Culinary and Service teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
