Dock Street Brewery is an award-winning brewery and restaurant with a location in Point Breeze. We are looking for an experienced, talented pizza line cook who is self-motivated and eager to lead in the kitchen and dominate the wood-fired pizza oven at Dock Street South. The ideal candidate is a creative professional that has a strong sense of teamwork and experience working with pizza dough. Our brewpub menu centers around our award-winning beer and wood-fired specialty pizzas, along with other oven-fired specialties. Pizza making experience required.

Founded in 1985, Dock Street is the OG brewery in Philadelphia. We have continued to innovate and play a role in the craft beer landscape in an ever changing market through our flagship beers, experimental brews, and a passion for delivering excellence. 

 

Our name, Dock Street, was chosen in honor of the seaport district which was, in the late 1700's, the largest producer of beer in the then-newly formed country. Today, we still brew with the spirit of Philadelphia’s sudsy history, and Dock St. in mind.
