As a Bartender at Casa Tua, you will showcase creativity, precision, and hospitality while bringing our cocktail program to life.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with consistency, artistry, and efficiency
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold proper recipes, garnishes, and presentation standards to reflect Casa Tua’s refined service style
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock of the bar at all times
- Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure seamless and timely service
- Engage warmly with guests at the bar and in the dining room, offering an elevated and welcoming experience
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Support the overall service team by anticipating guest needs and contributing to a polished dining experience
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and premium spirits; mixology training a plus
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Morning and evening availability; open schedule and flexibility required
Compensation Details
Compensation: Weekly ($1,200.00 - $2,000.00)
